Refund Policy:


1. A refund request can be initiated on the request of the reader.

2. In case of a refund request, the process may take around 24-48 hours to process the request.

3. The refund proedure may involve calling to the customer.

4. The refund would be processed on pro rata basis. Any gift or gesture of goodwill will also be adjusted towards the refund amount.

5. In case the refund is requested just before the delivery of literature or if the product has already been sent, then it would not be calculated in the refund amount(i.e. It would not be calculated in the refund amount)

6. If the customer requests to stop the subscription without intimating, then no amount would be refunded.

7. The customer must inform us atleast 48 hours prior to the time of delivery. (i.e. Wednesday till 5.00 pm EST)

8. The minimum term left for the refund to be processed will be 30 days or atleast 4 weeks.
After that no refund requests will be processed.

9. If the refund is processed after completion of first month then there may be a charge of $1.00 levied as the transaction fee.

10. The taxes and service charges will not be refunded.
